Not the easiest of alleys to play on so this was a good victory for the Tatti's against Barton who were 3 pins ahead at the half way point, the Bogoes eventually winning by 11, 346-335
The two points gained means they joined Evans SC at the top of the table, after they lost to Livin on a Spare.Prycer was in sublime form again & he topped the scoring with a fabulous 39 'Vorni' thanks to a brace of spares. Vorni didn't too badly either, helping himself to a 14 in the second leg after confidently dispatching two pins off the copper to take the spare. It would be very wrong of me not to mention TK Maxx who played very well again too. His 13 spare in the third leg has surged him up the averages table to sit pretty above his Ol' man with the only player above him being Prycer who is Tatti's current top dog in first place.

"Excellent win against a good Barton side in a game that could have gone either way. Dave’s 14 rescued our first leg and Vorni repeated Dave’s effort to boost our 2nd leg to 82 but the home side brilliant 2nd leg of 97 gave them the advantage halfway but they let us back in with a 3rd leg 72. 85 to catch was never going to be easy but we excelled thanks to good spares by Liam(13) some excellent skittling and finished off by another spare(12) by the inform Dave. 105 total put us 20 up but a 77 last leg gave the home a sniff. A great effort started with a spare and with two to go they still had had a chance to take the points but in the end we ran out winners. On a tough alley it wasn’t the spares that was the difference for once but probably the difference in the number of low scores of each team. Once again Dave topped scored with an brilliant 39 with Vorni on 36 and Liam on 34"
