The two weeks' end of season break adversely affected the Tatti's as they crashed out of the Champion of Champions with a dreadful effort in the semi-final against Div.3 winners GWRSA 'B', losing the match by 11 pins, 311-322.
It was very disappointing that 'Mickey Mouse' pins were chosen for the Semi-Finals of the League's final competition, but that's no excuse, too many players performed well below par on the night, and numerous times their bowling accuracy was way off the mark. Congratulations to GWRSA 'B', and good luck in the final.
Ahh well, 'tis what it is, but overall it's been a fantastic season with four titles bagged again, Division One Champions (sixth time in a row), Front Pin Cup winners, Knock-Out Cup winners, and the Highest Away Score in Division One (379 at the Lads Club v Barton).
