The Tatti's success this season continues with a fantastic 3-1 victory over their main rivals, Evans SC, in KO Cup final at the Richmond Club. The team total scores were 301-268.
Despite being 3-1 up at the half-way point, it was a very tight game with Evans leading the overall team scores by a couple of pins. However, the turning point came when Evans' were unable to respond to a huge third leg of 86 by the Tatti's. It was a sublime leg of accurate skittling with every player striking the front pin with his first delivery and Berti just about making use of his spare ball.
On the final leg TK Maxx made it a Collins' double act in the spare count with an excellent 13 to surpass Berti's earlier 11 and become the top scorer on the night. It also cemented the 3-1 victory & secured the team's fourth KO cup.
They can now focus on the League's finalé competition, the Champion of Champions. They will be attempting to retain the trophy they've held since April 2023 & win it for the 16th time. Up the Tatti's 😃
