19th Feb. Div.1 v Richmond Lions (H) W 361-335

The Tatti's claimed their tenth victory in eleven matches over bottom of the table Richmond Lions.

They clawed their way back from a first leg deficit of sixteen pins to run out comfortable winners by 26.

Phil Hill recovered from his illness to return to the line up after three matches on the sidelines and finished the night with a well taken 14 spare. It was huge effort for him and he was left totally drained by the experience.

Berti claimed highest score with 40, felling his 11th & 12th spare of the season, while just a pin behind was current averages champion Prycer who also took his spare count into double figures.

It should have been a night of personal celebration for Captain Ali who was competing in his 50th match against the Lions. Unfortunately though it was a game he will quickly want to quickly forget as he suffered a spoon equaling 20.
