The Tatti's slipped up at the Military Club again although this time there were no exuses for the defeat as the alley stayed dry all night.
They scored a very respectable 365 however, the D's achieved twelve more with 377, their highest ever home total against the Bogoes. Their previous best was a 375 almost 14 years ago to the day.

For the second time this season the Tatti's are dumped out of a cup by Fire Bridage after a very close match that could easily have gone either way.

13th October v Bridgemen (A) Lost 320-335
The Tatti's 100% start to the season was brought to an abrupt end on a very slippery alley at Military Club.

That said, hat's off to Bridgmen for overcoming the precarious conditions with a very respectable 335.
Note: spot the deliberate error on the scoreboard!

29th September v Fire Brigade (A) Won 373-351
The Tatti's good start to the new season continued with a very good victory over Fire Brigade.
Some neat footwork by Boundy enabled him to find some excellent starting positions and he topped scored with a fine 37.
The evening was topped off with a wonderful 16 spare by Rusty which served to put the game out of the reach of their opponents Fire Bridage.
A special mention must go to Rodders who, a couple of days later, won gold in the Cardiff half marathon & his duaghter repeated that feat in the female section. I'm still not sure how he got through the terrible hardship of having to play his first game of the season on soft drinks!
Here they are moments after stepping off the medal podium.
